Indianapolis Blind and Physically Challenged Step It Up

Indianapolis, IN

April 14, 2007 12:00PM to 12:30PM

Hosted by Ed Cohen

Event Description:
Members of the Indianapolis blind commuinity are coming together to show their concern for global warming. This event proves that being able to see a problem, is not a function of one's eyesight, but of one's "vision". While the photo event is associated with a local blind organization, anyone having a physical challenge or concerned about people with physical challenges are welcome to join. This event shows that we can see the issue and move to step up to the challenge.
Location:
English Foundation Building in downtown Indianapolis. The building is on Alabama Street, between North and St. Clair St. It is across from Riley Towers. Park in the lot south of the buildng.
Directions:
Depending on the weather, the photo will either be taken outside on the southside of the builidng in the parking lot or inside the building. Arrive about 11:45 A.M. to be on the safe side. We'll either be finishing up a meeting in the basement or assembling outside.
