Our iconic landmark is "Small Town USA Main Street". There's a lot
going on!

For Kids and Adults: A Bicycle Parade, 10:00 to Noon Bicycle Decorating
Workshop, prizes for best decoration.

Wilber Mansion, 11 Ford Ave.

12:50 Safety Review and Bike Decoration Judging;

1:00 PARADE BEGINS! 11
Ford Ave.

10:30 - 3:30 Climate Change Educational Fair with lots of
exhibits like a bicycle powered machine and a kids teach in tent, live
entertainment & refreshments from local farmers.

For All: 2:00 - 3:00 after bike parade, a Rally with Citizen's Speak
Out and Sing Out, Mayoral proclamation, and bike decoration prizes
awarded.

For Adults: 3:30 - 5:30 Conference on Climate Change and Our Community,
First Presbyterian Church, 296 Main Street with distinguished speakers:
Mayor John Nader (keynote speaker),
Donna Vogler Ph.D. on climate change and sustainability,
Gene Marner, on fossil fuel depletion and relocalization
Karl Seeley, Ph.D. on economics of climate change
Group Discussions and community solutions
For Teens:

7:00 pm Teen Movie and Discussion "Just Around the Corner"
by Emmy Award winner, John Miglietta, Teen Center, Oneonta, 4 Academy
Street In the movie, teens interview experts on climate change and
fossil fuel depletion. Teens from the movie will be present to lead
discussion.

Friday, April 13
Movie Showing - 7:00pm
Oneonta Theater: "Who Killed the Electric Car"
$6 general admission; $5 students and UCCCA members
UCCCA: Post-Movie Reception
Window Displays - All day
THE ONEONTA DOWNTOWN WINDOW PROJECT would like to invite the community
to participate in filling downtown windows with art and information
about Climate Change. We are looking for students, artists, writers,
poets, even dancers of all ages to contribute to the Spring Downtown
Window Display Project.

Association, Oneonta Office of the Mayor, Oneonta Environmental Board,
Go Local, Pragmeta Networks, Upper Catskill Community Council for the
Arts, Volcano Editions
