Lehigh Valley Rally: The Lehigh Valley Steps It UP

Event Description:

LEHIGH VALLEY RALLY!
Come on over to southside Bethlehem for a day of action, community building, and fun. We have speakers/ discussions, music, space for local organizations, and, most importantly, plenty of ideas for positive things Lehigh Valley residents can do to make a difference on climate change.

Here's the day's schedule (check back for updates and additions!)

1 pm to 5 pm
* Create messages to let our elected officials know we need to act on climate change
* Talk to more than 15 organizations and get ideas of positive things YOU can do to make a difference on climate change
* See demonstrations including a car that runs on biofuels
* Ask the expert! Get your climate change questions answered
* Enter to win the book An Inconvenient Truth (donated by Rodale, Inc.)

Directions:
From North of Bethlehem: Take I-78 West. Take the PA-412 exit (exit #67) toward HELLERTOWN/ BETHLEHEM. Turn RIGHT onto PA-412. When 412 becomes 3rd Street (past Bethlehem Steel site), go about 4 blocks. From South of Bethlehem: From Rt.22 East, exit onto Route 378 South (Bethlehem exit). Follow to end of Expressway staying in left-hand lane as you go over bridge. Take left hand exit onto 3rd Street.
