Global Climate Change Rally 2007

Event Description:

Global Climate Change calls for a Global Solution!
Hike, bike, bus, or carpool to the Statehouse!
Drumming Circle begins at noon. 12:45 mass group photo for website, 1:00 speakers.
Speakers include: David Robinson (The Climate Project), Marilyn Welker (Dir. of Simply Living), Andy Keeler (Assos. Prof. of Public Policy, OSU), Dr. Evan Blumer (Dir. of the Wilds), Tom Waite (Assoc. Prof. in the College of Biological Sciences, OSU), Seppo Korpela (Prof. of Mechanical Eng. and peak oil expert), Susan Ashbrook (City of Cols. Environ. Steward), Ed Roberts (Sen. Brown's office), and Bonnie Elizabeth Boozer Legg.
A group of people will be biking to the Statehouse from OSU campus and will leave around 11:45am.
