Tried to organize a neighborhood event. Unfortunately only 2 of twenty five neighbors invited showed up, but was pleasantly suprised when people who had seen the event on the web arrived. Good conversation and an action plan to visit the school board meetings and try and get courses dealing with evironmental concerns added to the curriculum. Everyone was energized and motivated to contact elected representatives to demand action.
