The Portland Clean Energy Task Force offerd a free screening of "An Inconvenient Truth". Afterwards, Colin Bennett of Clean Water Action facilitated a discussion on clean energy, energy efficiency, and energy conservation. Many will contact Governor M. Jodi Rell on Monday and ask her to implement a 'Polluter Pays' rule for power plants that emit CO2 (the money earned would go towards energy efficiency, conservation and clean energy).
