A few people from Peace Action of San Mateo County & from the community at large braved near hurricane winds in front of our House of Rep's office. We and elementary school kids from the "Green Team" wanted to urge Congress to stop funding war and start funding the earth & all of its inhabitants. Exhilerating event!

Our hardy little crowd of adults and kids avoided being blown from our rally and got some appreciative honks from passers-by. I saw some of the other gatherings on the website, and the next time there's a rally I'm going to get my kids schools involved!

Let's not wait another year to do it again!
