The North Kingstown Step It Up is not over yet. We are building turn out to a Town Hal Rally on April 19 to encourage the town to adopt energy solutions that will reduce global warming pollution by 2% a year for the next 43 years. So on Saturday, April 14, nine Sierra Club volunteers joined everyone else on the Day of Climate Action by knocking on Sierra Club members' doors to remind them to come out to the rally. Volunteers knocked on over 150 doors and spoke with roughly 50 households about the need to solve global warming. Stay tuned more will be posted on April 20th.
