Over 25 groups and a lot of citizens came to call on Governor Rell to make polluters pay for their pollution and for Congress to act. Senator Dodd and Congressman Larson provided statements in support for us to read. The Hartford Courant ran a story at the top of the Connecticut section on Sunday.
