Over 150 kids, bicyclists, carpoolers, hybrid drivers, mayor & aldermen gathered to hear music and to sing "Step It Up Congress! Cut CO2 80% by 2080" at our Community Building where in 2003 we raised $20,000 to put up photovoltaic solar panels. Sponsored by the grassroots Green Decade Coaltion/Newton, the speakers energized the crowd to shout hello to distant Step It Up groups in Massachusetts and around to country connecting us all to work for change.
