We had about 35-40 people...nice mix of kids through seniors. We got a lot of car honks of support and one mom came in all green (for real!) -- see my photo upload of her with her green daughter. Very fun! And we had a TV crew film us marching + an interview with a few participants.

Our march included families and children, local activists, members of local clergy. Despite strong winds, the spirit was great. We gained the attention of people in the traffic flow (we marched along a major thoroughfare) and they joined us by honking horns and cheering out their windows. Cameras came from ABC News, and shots from our event appeared in the national montage on the Los Angeles television news.
