We gathered the waters, the local and the distant, and the people's opinions in a ceremony that revered the water cycle and told Governor Huntsman and Congress, "that in order to maintain the water's grace and seasonal flow, we must change our carbon emissions."

It was a nice day. Mayor Rocky Anderson gave several great speaches regarding global warming. I have included one of them and chose not to edit it down. Everything he saidneeds to be heard. All of the entertainement was good and Los Lobos ended the day with a great concert.
