Local musician Chris Wilhelm played a great set of originals and covers, including "This Land is Our Land," then we marched about a mile through the main business district, chanting and eliciting honks of support from passing cars. We then took the subway downtown to join the main Boston rally, which was a great success.

Local musician Chris Wilhem played a great set of original songs and covers, then we marched through the main business district, chanting and eliciting honks of support from passing cars, to a subway station. From there, we joined the main Boston rally, which was a great success.

About 100 or so grown ups and kids of all sizes met at JPLicks in the middle of Jamaica Plain and marched about a mile to the Jackson Square subway station carrying banners, signs and an earth ball or two - very positive and enthusiastic group. From Jackson Square, many marchers boarded the subway to join others marching from other communities to the large rally in downtown Boston. Well done JP.
