At 9 am, nearly 70 people gathered at East City Park, the starting point for the StepItUp-Moscow bike parade. After riding around the edge of town, onto Paradise Creek bike path, and back up Main Street, the bike parade headed up to the 1912 Bldg. There were another 70 people waiting in the outdoor plaza under the hanging "Step It Up Congress!" banner who cheered the arrival of the parade riders. All participants gathered under the banner, holding their signs, their children, their dogs and each other. The event photos were taken.
