We had about 70 people come out today despite the chilly temperatures. There were numerous hikes through the college woodlot. Owners of a vegetable oil powered car discussed the vehicle. Info on a's, alternative energy, community supported agriculture, bike transportation etc....

A very spirited crowd of all ages enlivened the intersection with a bicycle drawing the oil barrel king, guitarplayers composing global warming songs on the spot, lots of what to do flyers were handed out.

Four types of alternative fuel vehicles were shown to the public and information was shared about how to cut emissions by using such vehicles.
