Frost Cabin, Ripton
Ripton, VT
November 3, 2007 01:25AM to 02:45AM
Event Description:
We'll meet at the Frost Cabin at 1:25, with creative minds. We will read a couple of Robert Frost Poems, and then we will quietly go off alone around the nearby field and forest and draw your thoughts about the peaceful place you are in, or about Global Warming. You could also write something too. We will be off in our own space for about an hour. If you are done, you can go ahead and do another one, or you could just sit peacefully, quietly doing or thinking what you wish. After the hour, we will come together and share what we made. Please Bring a small dish or drink. There will be an ACTR bus if you would like to go back down to middlebury for another action.
Location:
1192 Route 125
Directions:From Middlebury, take 125 through Ripton, towards Hancock. After you have
passed the Town of Ripton, keep going, and eventually the road will straighten
and level out. Keep going for a little while longer until you see the Robert
Frost trails on the right. Drive for less than a tenth of a mile. There will be
a rest stop on the left, across from the trails, and immediatly after that,
there will be a driveway on the left. Drive to the end, and then walk the trail
until you reach the cabin!!
