Event Description:
This event will be a relaxed, family-oriented, & positive gathering, with live bands, kids' activities, and information tables. Climate Jam! is organized by Greenprint Atlanta, a new community environmental organization based in Morningside/Virginia Highland neighborhood of Atlanta. Representatives of other local environmental groups will provide information related to lowering your carbon footprint, finding local food, using shared car systems, etc. See our website for more information at: www.stepitupatlanta.org

From the EAST: From Highland Avenue in Virginia Highland, take Virginia Avenue west about 1/2 mile. John Howell Park is on the left at the intersection with Barnett Street. From the WEST: John Howell Park is about 1 mile east of I85 - take the 10th Street exit and head east. 10th turns into Virginia Avenue at the intersection with Monroe. Stay on Virginia a few more blocks, passing Inman Middle School on the left. John Howell is on the right at Virginia Ave. and Barnett St.
