Event Update: Oregon house of representatives Speaker of the House Jeff Merkley will be attending the rally !! We are gathering at the Abraham Lincoln statue in Lithia Park beneath the gorgeous American ash trees. it will be a simple gathering of people who A: Want to slow climate change, and B: Want to tell their reps to Step It Up! We will gather from 10am to 10.15am (be prompt!) at the statue, and take a picture of all the folks in this beautiful area that care about climate change, then send that picture to our reps. Simple! Let me know by email if you'd like to join us or just show up! (In case of rain... bring your umbrellas )
