Event Description:
On October 7, Mountain View City Council voted in favor of adopting the U.S. Mayors' Climate Protection Agreement. The Cool Cities team invites you to participate in a national day of climate action where we will honor the city leaders, including Sally Lieber. Come early to get a free CFL bulb! There will be speakers and informational tables that address the efforts and vision needed to solve this problem.

Civic Center Plaza is located at 500 Castro Street (corner of Castro and Mercy streets) in downtown Mountain View. Convenient parking is available free of charge in the Mountain View Civic Center garage. The entrance to the garage is on Mercy Street. From northbound Highway 85 Take the El Camino Real (82) North exit to Mountain View. At the third light, turn right on Castro Street. The Center is on the left at 500 Castro Street (corner of Castro and Mercy streets). From Interstate 280 Take Highway 85 exit north to Mountain View. From Highway 85 take the El Camino Real (82) North exit to Mountain View. At the third light, turn right on Castro Street.
