Join us for a rally at Stanford on November 3rd! Meet us at Old Union from 1-2:30
Please join Professor of Biological Sciences and IPCC Author Terry Root, State Assembly Member Ira Ruskin, Mayor of Menlo Park Nicholas Jellins, Stanford Spoken Word, The Raging Grannies, and Hundreds of Stanford Community Members!

Old Union is located next to the Stanford Bookstore and near Tressider Union. The best place to park for the event is in the lot next to Tressider Union. To get to the lot, you need to take Campus Drive East to Mayfield Ave. If you're coming from Junipero-Serra/I-280, you want to turn left onto Mayfield and if you're coming from El Camino Real, then you should turn right. Follow the turn around and turn right into the parking lot. From there, you can walk past Tressider Union on your left, to the Old Union. Go through the arches and you'll be right in the middle of the rally.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
By train (Caltrain):
Caltrain is a commuter rail service that runs between Gilroy and San Francisco.
There are two stops close to Stanford: one on California Avenue and another at
the end of Palm Drive in downtown Palo Alto. More information
The Stanford shuttle, called Marguerite, meets most trains at both the Palo Alto
and California Ave. stations from 6 a.m. to 7:45 p.m Monday - Friday.
From points south of Stanford (Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority):
The Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) runs buses to Palo Alto and most
points south of Stanford. It also operates the light rail line in Santa Clara
County. More information
From points north of Stanford (SamTrans):
SamTrans runs buses to most points north of Stanford. Five of their lines serve
Stanford well. More information
From the East Bay (Dumbarton Express):
The Dumbarton Express, used by many East Bay commuters, runs weekdays from the
Union City BART station across the Dumbarton Bridge to the Palo Alto Caltrain
station, where the Stanford shuttle, called Marguerite, meets most trains. More
