Various speakers shared their knowledge and goals with us to better get an understanding of the current state of our environment and what still needs to be done. The goal is to reduce carbon emissions by 80% by 2050, each doing our own part, yet working together as one. "Don't look outside yourself for a leader." " We are the leaders we've been looking for."

I walked the Monon from 131st to 96th street, hoping to see some tables (since the event said 5 small events would be going on). Unfortunately, I did not see anything. I stopped walking the trail at 96th street. Everything could have been south of 96th street, but since the event did not state specific locations, I missed it all. :(

Gretchen, I'm sorry you didn't make it to our event in Broad Ripple Park which was a huge success with over 200 very enthusiastic supporters. As I understand it, the event on the Monon was cancelled.
