We had a great turnout. We were hoping for 50 people and 60 came. Friends and families from Carson City, Gardnerville, Minden, Reno, Markleeville, and Washoe Valley turned out to dance, eat cookies, and talk about global warming issues and make plans for the next 1Sky, 1Great Basin event. The local high school enviromental club showed up in mass.

At the end of the rally people seemed inspired to fight the new coal plants supported by our current governor and to find local mayor and city council candidates to support.
