With short notice we had a fun event located at the base of the Statue of George Wahington.
It was a glorious "warm Fall day" There were speeches from local politicians Bill Peduto and Titus North as well as statements from U.S. Congressmen: Jason Altmire, Mike Doyle and US Senator: Robert Casey. Lisa Weiland, an Engineer from Pitt spoke about technological efforts being developed and depolyed in the battle to Stop Global Warming. We are starting now and have set our sights on a much larger event next spring. April 22nd: Earthday 2008
