out 25+ showed up & we talked about the 3 objectives. We stood at the corner of Wilshire & Veteran with our signs from around 11 am-2pm. Cars honked, someone videotaped the group while I took photos. We went down to the park for lunch & the screening of "Everything's Cool". The guest speaker didn't show up. Neither did the tent, but we made do with the shade of some trees. Thanks so much to Eric & his group of bike dudes who generated the power for the projector. Go www.BikeNow.org! The Sierra Club has a guest speaker from Energy Star for their 11/14 event. I'll post it on the calendar. Thanks to all of you who helped plan this, those who came early to set up & stayed to clean up. I couldn't have done it without you.
