There was an exceptional feeling in the air albeit quite chilly. A hurrican wind was blowing through and it is called the Step it Up movement. The warmth and intelligence of the speakers prevailed.

We braved the terrible storm that is hitting us on the coast of Massachusetts and went down to the beach.

The event was a huge success! The Burlington community, elected officials, and area groups all convened in Battery Park to take part. From the large crowd that attended, it is very clear that Burlington wants to STEP IT UP on action to prevent climate change.
